What is the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator?

While a wedding planner handles the planning process from start to finish, a wedding coordinator focuses on managing the logistics and ensuring your day runs smoothly. Planners are typically not present on the wedding day itself, while coordinators are there to oversee every detail, ensuring a stress-free event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured. Availability fills up quickly, especially during peak wedding season.

What is your payment structure?

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is typically split into two payments: one due 60 days before your wedding and the final payment due 14 days before the event.

Can you accommodate last-minute changes?

Yes, flexibility is part of what we do. We’ll work closely with you to address any changes and ensure everything goes as planned.

Do you only coordinate weddings?

While weddings are our specialty, we also offer coordination services for other events, including anniversaries, birthdays, and other gatherings.
