  • Detailed wedding day timeline creation and distribution to vendors

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination (1 hour) to ensure your wedding party knows their roles.

  • Full wedding day coordination (up to 8 hours on-site).

  • Cueing of wedding party for ceremony and reception events (grand entrances, first dance, speeches, etc.).

The Signature Package

Designed for couples who want hands-on support in the month leading up to their wedding or event. We handle the details so you can enjoy a stress-free celebration.

  • One planning meeting (8-12 weeks before the wedding) to go over logisitics.

  • Vendor recommendations for any missing vendors.

  • Customized floor plan and seating chart guidance.

  • Assistance with ceremony processional order and reception layouts.

  • Communication with vendors starting 30 days before the event.

  • Extended wedding day coordination (up to 10 hours).

  • Day-of styling assistance (setting up small décor elements like place cards, guestbook, signage, etc.).

The Finishing Touch

The ultimate package for couples who want every detail to be handled with care. This package goes beyond coordination, offering light planning support to refine your details and tie everything together.

Includes:

  • Everything in The Signature Package, PLUS:

  • Two additional planning meetings to assist with logisitics and execution.

  • Customized wedding checklist and planning timeline to ensure you’re on track and every detail is covered.

  • Budget guidance to help allocate funds wisely as needed.

  • Vendor contract review to catch any red flags before signing.

  • Attendance at the final venue walkthrough with you to finalize details.

  • Design and décor planning assistance (helping refine your vision and ensuring logistics align).

  • Unlimited communication via email in the final 8 weeks.

  • End-to-end wedding day coordination (up to 12 hours).

  • Oversee final clean-up tasks such as packing personal items, gifts, and décor that the couple is responsible for at the venue.
